After living many years in the hectic city of Miami Florida I wanted to find a beautiful vacation home for me and my family to spend sometime and relax. I didn't really want to leave Florida; I love it here too much (the warm weather, the beaches, the activities, etc). We knew that Florida was the place for us, and also we preferred to stay relatively close to the city (Miami) just in case we wanted or needed to go and it wouldn’t be a far drive.
As you can see we had a dilemma we had to find a place that was close to Miami but also so that we can relax and at the same time reap all the rewards of the state we love. We searched everywhere for “this paradise”. I can’t begin to tell you how many houses we saw for a total of 4 months. And many were very beautiful but they were not really what we had in mind. Either they were too far from the city or not close enough to the beaches, others just were totally in the middle of nowhere with absolutely nothing to do.
One day I was sitting at home searching in the newspaper for vacation homes and I saw an add for a house in the Florida Keys it said: (beautiful vacation home 2/3 rooms/beds blah blah blah w.e the ads is suppose to say and show a picture of it here). As I usually did I get all excited “maybe this one was it” I would always say (chuckles) I picked up the phone and called the realtor. We spoke for 30 minutes she just couldn't stop telling me all the great benefits of this house.

I drove for about 45 minutes to get to the property and to my surprise it was exactly what the realtor had described to me. I was at complete awe when i saw this house. I mean with :

All authentic wood interior.
Not to mention all the great things that there was to do and so close by.
Nearby to the World Famous "Tiki Bar".
Literrally feet away from the private beach.
